Denise Daniels Fanning is a dedicated conservative, community advocate, mother, and long-time Henderson resident. An Air Force brat born in Arlington, Virginia, she grew up moving internationally and across the U.S., eventually earning a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. She built a 20-year career in television commercial production as a Production Manager and Producer in markets like Houston, Berkeley, and Los Angeles before settling in Henderson in 2008.
Denise is proud of her family's service tradition: her husband is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and former F-117 Nighthawk stealth fighter test pilot, now flying for Southwest Airlines, while their son is earning his instrument rating in aviation and studying at UNLV.
As a hands-on mother, she volunteered extensively in her son’s education and served as Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 903 in Henderson for six years, leading summer camps and youth development.
In public roles, she worked as Program Manager for Southern Nevada in Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony's Office of Small Business Advocacy and has recently been employed by STARBASE Henderson's DoD youth STEM program.
A tireless conservative fighter with experience in politics, small business support, and grassroots advocacy, Denise is committed to protecting our values, economic freedom, limited government, and parental choice in education while representing District 23 with passion and dedication in Carson City.
